Notice of Joint Executive Session

Notice is hereby given that the Clark County Council and the Clark County Board of Commissioners will meet jointly for an executive session on Monday, June 8th, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., in the Clark County Government Center, Room 205 (commissioner meeting room), 300 Corporate Drive, Jeffersonville, Indiana. The executive session will be held for the discussion of strategy with respect to pending and/or threatened litigation pursuant to i.c. 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(b).

This notice is given and posted pursuant to i.c. 5-14-1.5-5 on this the 3rd day of June, 2026.
